Artist Bio

Li Chang Long was born in Guizhou province in 1975. He graduated from the Fine Arts College of Southwest China Normal University in 1999. His work is in public collections throughout China including Chengdu Modern Art Museum, Shanghai Zendai Museum of Modern Art, and Wall Art Gallery in Beijing. He has exhibited around the world, with a recent solo exhibition at Ginkgo Art Center in Beijing in 2016. His recent group exhibitions include Unbounded Contemporary Chinese Painting in Mantua, House of Mantegna, Mantua, Italy (2017); Contemporary Chinese Works on Paper, Waterfront Gallery, London, UK (2016); The Story of Painting: Inaugural Exhibition of Ginkgo Art Center, Ginkgo Art Center, Beijing, China (2015); A Beautiful New World International Contemporary Art Exhibition, Nanjing International Exhibition Center, Nanjing, China (2015); Within Sight – New Chinese Painting in the Post-Financial Crisis Era, Fondation Taylor, Paris, France (2015); Art-Frontier Contemporary Art Exhibition, Songzhuang Art Museum, Beijing, China (2014). Li Chang Long lives and works in Beijing.
